Fragrant red forest fruits, wild strawberry, raspberry, plum  & blackberry complemented by mocha and subtle oak aromas.

Mouth
Blackcurrant and raspberry fruit complemented by dark chocolate and cedar oak flavours. Proudly medium bodied with classical Cabernet Sauvignon structure with fine grain tannins which contribute to an elegant, persistent finish.  

Cellaring
Can be enjoyed now or cellared with confidence for 1-2 years.

Winemaking Notes
The Victorian Pyrenees region is renowned for consistently producing Cabernet Sauvignon displaying complexity and definitive regional character. Produced from select parcels of grapes sourced across our estate vineyard, the Blue Pyrenees Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 was fermented in three-tonne open fermenters and 15-tonne fermenters. Subsequently, the wine was matured for 24 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels.
