Our team at Blue Pyrenees have handpicked the best drops to suit your needs and make the process easy and hassle-free. We now offer members to be able to create their own custom pack to their liking. Your subscriptions are delivered direct to your door as per the frequency you choose.
The Wine Club is free to join and you only pay for the wine packs you select. To find out the cost of the wine packs please view the Package options here.
To find out, simply sign into your account with your email address and password. Your subscription package type will be listed under ‘MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS’.
You are able to switch between pack types however please note that availability is limited and the contents may change to accommodate adjustments. Make sure to switch your pack prior to your charge date on your account to avoid disappointment.
Make sure you log into your account and select the 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS' button. It will then take you to the subscription orders where you can view what wines/pack you currently have active.
Yes, we now offer our members to select a custom subscription or you can choose from our ready made favourites. We uphold our promise to send you the best and most exclusive wines we have to offer.
The Wine Club deliveries occur as per your charge date and frequency set up on your account. Please make sure you make changes prior to your charge date to avoid disappointment.
If you will be away during the time of shipping, you can re-route your shipment to an address that will be able to receive it on your behalf. Simply log in and edit shipping details for the current shipment. Alternatively, you suspend your subscription in the Your Account section and choose which month you would like to recommence.
If you have moved or would like to permanently change your shipping address you can do this by logging in to your account and editing your shipping address.
Yes, please leave your specific delivery instructions (Authority to Leave) when placing your order or select from the drop down menu. If you do not leave specific delivery instructions and you are not present at the time of delivery or if for any reason the carrier cannot deliver to your specified delivery address, a ‘Calling’ card with a contact number will be left at the specified delivery address.
The goods will then be returned to the carrier depot.
Goods will not be left at unattended premises without specific instructions from you when placing the order, nor will they be left with persons under the age of 18 years (proof of age will be required). You are responsible for contacting the carrier within 7 days of the date of the ‘Calling’ card. Blue Pyrenees is not responsible for goods that are left unattended at your request, or that remain unclaimed as a result of failing to contact the carrier within the timeframe specified above.

It is your responsibility to make any changes prior to the cut off date, we will not be able to refund any orders after they have been processed. All delivery dates and pack contents are available online.
If you want to cancel or change your packs you can log in and update this information in your account prior to payments being processed per the charge date on your account.
You will receive an email once the payment has been processed to let you know your credit card has been charged and shipping information once package has been dispatched.
Credit cards will be processed prior to shipping for recurring orders per the charge date and frequency that is set up on your account.
By joining the Single Vineyard Wine Club you agree to purchase a minimum ofone subscription deliveryin the lifetime of your membership (these deliveries do not need to be consecutive shipping months). You also acknowledge that your nominated credit card will be charged the amount corresponding with your selected package as per your charge date and frequency unless you suspend or cancel your subscription. You acknowledge and accept that Blue Pyrenees Estate may contact you via phone or email for the duration of your membership.
