Eyes
Intense ruby red. 

Nose
Lifted forest berries and woodspice. 

Mouth
A bright and crunchy Pinot Noir driven by flavours of fresh red berries and fine-grained tannin. 

Winemaking Notes
The 2024 Pinot Noir was sourced from block 1 on our Estate vineyard. Fermentation between 20-25 degrees Celsius in an open fermenter with twice daily pump overs for gentle extraction. It spent nine months in neutral French oak prior to bottling.
