Eyes
Vibrant pale green.

Nose
Fresh snow pea, green mango, kiwi fruit, kaffir lime leaf and lifted lemon blossom.

Mouth
The same vibrant characters on the nose leap across to the palate with tropical lychee and passionfruit flavours bursting in the mouth. The entry is soft with generous fruit weight and a fine line of acidity providing freshness, drive and persistence of flavour. Crafted to be enjoyed in its youth with a wide variety white meats and seafood, fresh salads and spicy south-east Asian cuisine.    

Winemaking Notes
Sauvignon Blanc is one of the world’s most popular white wine grape varieties and delivers many different expressions depending on the region and climate in which it is grown. From our Estate Vineyards on the undulating slopes of the cool Pyrenees Ranges in Western Victoria, the 2024 Blue Pyrenees Sauvignon Blanc is a great example of a fresh, crisp and vibrant fruit-led style.
