Highly aromatic and complex, showing rose petal, sour cherry and redcurrant, layered with dried herbs, subtle tar, spice and a gentle earthy note.

Taste

Medium-bodied and tightly structured, with bright red fruit framed by vibrant acidity and fine, assertive tannins. The palate is linear and precise, with savoury complexity building through the mid-palate and a long, dry, mineral finish.

Winemaking Notes
A combination of fruit sourced from our sister vineyard Glenlofty Estate, alongside young vines from the Blue Pyrenees Estate vineyards. This Nebbiolo was crafted to express varietal character with clarity and restraint, favouring aromatic detail, line and structure over weight. Careful handling through fermentation was employed to manage tannin extraction and preserve perfume, resulting in a poised, transparent wine that remains true to the variety’s naturally firm yet refined profile.

Cellaring
Best enjoyed with food in its youth, with the structure to develop greater savoury depth and complexity over the next 5–10 years under optimal cellaring conditions.
