Taste
Medium-bodied and textured, with ripe stone fruit flavours supported by bright natural acidity. The palate shows depth and concentration without heaviness, with the neutral oak component adding shape and subtle complexity. The finish is fresh, rounded and persistent.

Winemaker's Notes
This Viognier was crafted to highlight varietal purity while retaining freshness and definition. The majority of the wine was fermented in tank to preserve aromatic clarity and fruit expression, with a small portion matured in neutral oak to build texture and depth without overt influence. Careful handling throughout fermentation and élevage has resulted in a wine that is expressive, balanced and true to variety.

Cellaring
Best enjoyed young for its vibrant aromatics and fruit expression, with the structure to hold and develop modest complexity over the next 3–5 years under optimal cellaring conditions.
