Lifted aromas of white peach and lemon blossom are complimented by toasted cashew and leesy notes.

Taste
Intense white nectarine and grapefruit flavours are enhanced by a creamy mid palate texture and delicate oak spice. The finish is driven by a long, pure line of acid that provides great shape and poise to the wine.  

Winemaking Notes
Chardonnay is generally recognised as the world’s greatest white variety, a versatile grape that produces fine wines in a diverse range of styles. Our 2024 Blue Pyrenees Chardonnay has been created from select Chardonnay blocks within our estate. Fermented in a combination of stainless steel and seasoned French oak this wine was aged on ferment lees for five months to increase complexity and mouthfeel.
