Sourced from 37-year-old Pinot Noir vines growing on sandy soils that naturally favour perfume, finesse and fine structure. This wine was made with the intent of capturing a fresh, medium-weight expression, highlighting varietal purity and aromatic lift. Gentle extraction and careful handling throughout fermentation were employed to preserve clarity and balance, resulting in a poised, precise and highly drinkable style.
