Wine Club Portal Help
*To do any of the below make sure you log in and click on the black ‘manage subscriptions’ button.
*Individual wines – QTY are in bottles
*Variety Packs– QTY 6 bottles
How to suspend subscription package?
Click on the ‘Skip next shipment for all subscriptions’ button. This will skip all individual wines in your subscription as well as skip your mixed pack.
Once you have clicked on the button please make sure it appears 2,3 or 4 months from your previous charge date (that way you will know it has been actioned).
How to remove a wine?
Unfortunately you are unable to remove a wine if it has been added to your subscription by error. Please contact wineclub@bluepyrenees.com.au or call us on (03) 5465 1124 and we can remove it straight away for you. We understand the inconvenience and are working on this with our developer to get fixed right away.
How to swap to an individual bottle?
Click the ‘swap product’ button on the wine you would like to swap.
Click on ‘Fine wine by type’ that will allow you to filter by Reds and Whites
Click the ‘select button’ once you have chosen the wine you would like
Use the plus and minus buttons to select the quantity of bottles you would like (QTY is in bottles)
Select the delivery month you would like make sure it matches your other wines
Select the ‘Swap Product’ button
It will automatically update under your active subscriptions
*Repeat the process for every wine you would like to swap
How to swap to a mixed pack?
Click the ‘swap product’ button on the wine you would like to swap.
Click on ‘Fine wine by type’ that will allow you to filter by ‘Variety Packs’
Scroll down and use the arrow buttons to see everything that is available to you
Click on the ‘select button’ once you have chosen the pack you would like
Use the plus and minus buttons to select the quantity of packs you would like
Select the delivery month you would like make sure it matches other packs/wines on your account
Select the ‘Swap Product’ button
It will automatically update under your active subscriptions
*Repeat the process for every subscription you would like to swap
How to cancel membership?
Please contact wineclub@bluepyrenees.com.au to cancel your membership. Please refer to terms and conditions that it is a minimum of four subscription packages for the lifetime of your membership (these deliveries do not need to be consecutive shipping months)
How to update card details?
Click on ‘payment methods’ up the top
Click on ‘edit’

Will send you an email to the email address on your account or you can enter the credit card details on your account if it give you the option.

How to update address details?
Click on ‘Shipping addresses’ up the top
Click on ‘edit shipping address’
Fill out your details and select the ‘Save’ button
