Winemaker's Comments
Sourced from Pyrenees-grown Grenache selected for brightness, perfume and balance. The aim with this wine was to capture a modern expression of Grenache, favouring freshness, medium weight and varietal purity over power. Gentle extraction and careful handling throughout fermentation were used to preserve aromatics and fine tannin structure, resulting in a wine that is expressive, approachable and true to site.
