Taste
The palate follows on from the aromas with rosewater, strawberry, and a creamy and generous mid palate. Soft and gentle Pinot tannin offer volume and savoury complexity, with natural acidity providing great length and a long crisp finish.  Serve lightly chilled, this thoroughly delectable wine can be enjoyed all year round with a wide variety of cuisines.

Winemaking Notes
Small parcels of Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier grapes from the Blue Pyrenees Estate vineyard were harvested during the cool morning to retain flavour and brightness. With just a few hours macerating on skins, the juice was fermented in stainless steel tank with selected yeast strains and then aged on yeast with battonage to build texture and to add savoury complexity.
